Resolution No, 15-105
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 19 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "360 SHER1FF-CORONER - SERVICES"
by adding the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 6827 Correctional Deputy
1.00 6816 Deputy Sheriff
2.00 6842 Sheriff Security Officer
thereby increasing the total to 303.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "021 GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 4608 Project Manager, Capital Improvement (term position to end
09/01/15)
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 4608 Project Manager, Capital Improvement (term position to end
12/31/15)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 48 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "411 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 2806 Librarian
and adding the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 2806/2814 Librarian/Library Assistant, Senior
0.65 2814 Library Assistant, Senior (term position to end 06/30/16)
0.65 1056 Office Specialist (term position to end 06/30/16)
thereby increasing the allocations by 1.3 positions.
