FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AND
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION
FOR SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 2015 TO JUNE 30, 2016
CONTRACT#2CA02705
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the
agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2015. This agreement
provides Fire Protection during the State fiscal year 2015-2016.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board Chair of said Board be and hereby is authorized to sign and execute
said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the County of Butte at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 25th day of August 2015 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
