The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butt~,~State
of California, under and pursuant of Ordinance No. 475, as amended
and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Reference is hereby made to Ordinance No.
1482 which interim zoned certain land within the unincorportated
araa of the County of Butte TM-160 (Timber-Mountain) District.
The Board of Supervisors finds that the town site of
Stirling City was included and that it was not the intent of the
Board of Supervisors that this area be included.
The description of the townsite of Stirling City which
were within Ordinance No. 1482 is set forth below anal Ordinance
No. 1482 is hereby amended by deleting the description o£ the pro-
perty affected therein; said description as follows;
All of the town of "Stirling City° per map of record in
Map Book 4 on Pages 33 & 38 in the office of the Butte
,County Recorder.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the zxpiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting far and against the same in the
:~a~-~di~rs Po-~~ , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 2~r~~ day of
