RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING LICENSURE OF SOLUTIONS
FOR POSITIVE CHOICES PARACSE LOCATI i N
WHEREAS, State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requires recommendation of licensure included
with application for licensure from the Butte County Board of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, the licensure of an additional location will not jeopardize the fiscal integrity of existing licensed DUI
programs; and
WHE-EAS, populations in Paradise, lagalia, Stirling City, and surrounding areas are not served by the existing
licensed programs
NOW, THEREFORE, :E IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors recommends the licensure of
Solutions for Positive Choices Paradise location,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 29th day of September, 2015, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
