RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIR TO SIGN AME, DIVIENT BET PEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH C RE SERVICES
AND
1-UTTE COUNTY 'lEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

WHEREAS, :utte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Negotiated Net Amount and Drug/Medi-
Cal agreement for FY 2014-15 through FY 2016-17; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2014-15 is$3,675,580; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2015-16 is$3,763,389 (this is an increase of$895,157); and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2016-17 is $2,868,232; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE LI RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by
the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a new multi-year
total of$10,307,201 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.

vote:
