Be Prepared." NOW THEREFORE, BE I RESOLVE r, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte declares the week of October 19th to 24 , 2015 as Flood Preparedness Week in Butte County and encourages all our citizens that live in flood prone areas to participate in California Flood Preparedness Week, expresses support for increased public awareness of flood threats, and encourages all county residents to take action to know their flood threat and prepare appropriately.
