AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board. of Supervisors, of the County of Butte, State a:
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3(A} of Ordinance No. 1284 of the
County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect on November 30, 1974 whi
is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of S~.pervisors of the
County of Butte, this 29th day of October, 1974 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Camexon, Gilman, McKillop and Chairman Madigan
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Ladd
NOT VOTING : None
