AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE 1279,
CONSOLIDATING A-2 LTD. DISTRICTS.
The.Board-of .Supervisors of the County of Butte,. State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows
Ordinance 1279, (Consolidating "A-2 Ltd" Districts)
Szctian 1, is hereby amended to include the following:
Said areas zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County. near Oroville, in Thermality,
mare particularly described as follows:
The southerly 247 ft. of the northerly 277 ft. of the
westerly 175 f.t. of Lot 5 of Block 97 of "Thermalito"
per wall map No. 6 of the Butte County Recorder,
Containing 0.99 acres. more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the.exgiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the merribers voting for and against the same, in the
oroville Mercer , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.

County of Butte, State of California, this 29~h day of October
