RESOLUTION ESTABLIS1 ING Pu UC SERVICE HORS
FOR THE BUTTE COUNTY LIBRARY
WI EREAS, Butte County Code Section 2.1 provides that the Board of Supervisors may, by
resolution, specify those hours during which individual departments will be open to the public; and
WI EREAS,the Library Services Analysis and Recommendation indicates a need for adjustment in
open hours to better serve Butte County residents; and
WHEREAS, the open days and hours at the Biggs and Durham libraries will remain unchanged; and
NO , THEREFO,E, :E IT RESOLVED, by the utte County :oard of Supervisors that the Library
branch hours are as follows, effective January 2, 2016:
