AN ORDINANCE AA9ENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1351
CONSOLIDATING "P-Q" (PU'BLIC-~C7AST-PUBLIC)
The Board of Supervisors of the County-of .Butte, .State.
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO OPDATN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 1351 (Consolidating "P-Q" Public-Quasi-
Public) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
located xn Paradise:
Paradise Recreation & Park Dist: AP 50-07--41, AP 5I -06-
03, AP S1-~06-07, AP 51-06-08, AP 51-06-10, A.P 54-05-03,
and A_P 54--05--39.
Paradise Unified School Dist: AP 50-18-42, AP 50-18-59,
AP 50-18-60, AP 50-18-61, AP 50-18-62, AP 50-21-1-02, AP
52-08-40, AP 53-11--1--01, AP 54-05-05, AP 54-05-23, and
AP 54-05-35..
Paradise Cemetery Dist: AP 53-12-05 and AP 53-12-0&.
Paradise Irrigation Dist: AP 50-O1-1-07, AP 50-08-1-32,
AP 50--11-25, AP 50-19--40, AP 52-25-62, AP 52-25-64, AP
53-04-34, AP 54-04-91, AP 54-21-O1,AP 55-11-2-11, and
AP 55-1"7-17.
County of Butte: AP 52--08--01, AP 52-12-3-02, AP 52-22-
7-01, AP 53-13-1-25, and AP 55-25~-07.
That this Ordinance shall take effect-thirty (~0) days
after the date of .its adoption, and before the expiration, of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in th e
Paradise Post a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
