WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors established a tree removal policy within the street rights-of-way in
the unincorporated area of Butte County with Resolution 66-29; and
WHEREAS, the ioard of Supervisors now desires to rescind Resolution 66-29 and the tree rel oval
policy within the street-rights-of-way in the unincorporated area of Butte County.
NOWTHEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED, by the Iiciard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that Resolution 66-29 is hereby rescinded.
I. SSED AND ADOPTED by the utte County Board of Supervisors this 24th day of November, 2015 by the
following vote:
