I OW, THEREE0-B, I;E IT RESOLVE' , by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the County of Butte to approve the City of Oroville's request and authorize the General Services Director on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte to execute the Grant Deed and any other documents necessary to effect the conveyance of a portion of the real property first identified above consisting of approximately 1,395 square feet together with its improvements to the City of Oroville.
