The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, StatQ
of California, under and pursuant. to Ordinance No. 475 of .said
County, being the boning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinances No. 927 (Consolidating "R-3" Medium Density

Residential) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
following located in the unincorporated area of Chico:
That portion of Lot 9 of "Esmeralda Tract" per map re-
corded in Book 1 on Page 33 of the Butte County Recorde
located west of State Highway 99.
Containing 9 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the memkaers voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enterprise-Record , a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 29~h day of
actober 19 74 , by the .following vote
AYES: Supervisors Gilman, Cameron, McKi3lop and Chairman Madigan
