WHE*E S, the Butte County Board of Supervisors previously entered into agreement with the
California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), to allow the Probation Department to provide
services for the 1 ale Com unity Reentry Program (MCRP); and
1 i EREAS, the maximum amount of the agreement is $2,624,60000; and
WHEREAS, the term of the agreement shall be December 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018.
4E IT FLIRT ER RESOLVE10 that Chairperson of said Board he and hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said contract on behalf of the t utte County Probation Department entered into between the County
of Butte and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation;
The foregoing resoll tion was duly passed and adopted by the I;utte County Board of Supervisors.
