3 County being the ~oriing Eriab ling Ordinance as amexided., DO ORDAIN
4 as -follows:
6 Ordinance No. 996 {Consolidating "C-~2" General Commercia
6 District} Section ~. is hereby amended to include the following,
7 located in Chico:
8 The westerly 99 ft. of the southerly 306 ft. of Lot 9
of the "Argonaut Block" per map recorded in Book 5 on
g Page 6 of the Butte County Recorder.
1G Containing 0.70 acres, more ar less.
11 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {3a} days
12 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
13 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall. be published in the

15 County of Butte, State of California.
