The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under- and pursuant,.to. Ordinance. Na, 47S of said,
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 1071 (Consolidating "A-3'" Agricultural)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following;
for the town of Richvale:
A portion o~ that property located within the "Town of
Rich vale"' per map recorded in Book 6 an Page 53 of the
Butte County Recorder, more particularly described as
being Lots 109, 110, lll, i17 through 148, 167 through
176, 193, 194, 196, 199 through 309, 316 through 342,
347 through 357, 371 through 389, 408 through 422, 504
through 563, 627 through 656, 673, 689 through 71$, 734
through 756, 775 through 786 and the north z of Lots
310, 311, 312, the Wz of Lots 149 through 157, 343, the
E of Lots 165, 166 and that portion of Lots 112, 11.3, :'
114 located north of "Thengvall Tract Unit No. ~." per
map recorded in Book 30 on Page 1;2 of the Butte,County
Recorder.
Excepting from all above any portion located ~aithin saic
"Thengvall Tract Unit No. 1".
Containing 25 acres, more or .less.
That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
broville Mercer , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Berard of Supervisors of the
C~xunty of Butte, State of California, an the 29th .day of
