REGULATIONS ~'OR AN "AR-MH" DISTRICT: .The following regulations shall apply in .an "AR-MH". District: 2.1 USES PERMITTED a. Sincrl°-family dwellings . b. Mobile Homes - to house one family, when such mohilE home is the only housi?~g facility located on the premises, prot~?ded the fnllowin~ conditions are CO?? fnrmec~ td: 1} The arose area of the mobile home shall not be less than 500 sq. ft. 2) All sanitary fac~.lities shall conform to State Statutes and regulations and to local require- ments of the Butte County ~iealth Department. 3} All electrical installations shall conform to State Statutes and regulations as admin~.sterecl by the Bu~3ding Division of the Butte County Public Works Department. c. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses d. Agricultural uses. e. Duplex dwellings and multiple-family dwe~ll.ngs . b. Golf courses, country clubs, if permitted, would permit accessory uses such as driving range, pro shop, cocktail. bar, restaurant. c. Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools, and public utility buildings. d. Commercial. poultry farming and livestock farming. e. Veterinary clinics, outpatient. f. Nurseries and plant gardens. 2.3 LOT AREA REQUIRED: Minimum required~arQ~a of lot per dwelling unit shall be not less than eight thousand, one hundred twnety- five (8,12x) sq. ft. -3- 1 2 3. 4 6~ 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 18 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 23 26 2.4 LOT WIDTH REQUIRED: Minimum lot width shall be not less than .sixty-five (65) ft. 2.5 FRONT YARD REQUIRED: Minimum front yard shall be fifty {50) ft. from the centerline of the road, except where the road is classified by the County as a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum building setback requirement shat. be fifty--five {55} ft. from the centerline of the road. 2.6 SIDE YARD REQUIRED; Minimum side yard shall not be less than five (5) f SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district r~tit. specifically authroized and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited! I SECTION 4. Tn compliance with. the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ord~.nance in full. SECTION 5. The penalties for the vio~:ation of the zonir hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. Im compliance with the provisions of the.
