County, being the Zoning Enab ling Ordinance as amended, D4 ORDATN

as follows:

Ordinance No. 1351 (Consolidating "P-Q" Public-~Quasi:-

public} District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the

fallowing located in the totan of Richvale;

A portion of that property located with in the "Town of
~ Richvale" per map recorded in Book 6 on Page 53 of the
Butte County Recorder more particularly described as
ZO being Lots 466, 457, 650 through 666, 682 .through 685,
72 0 , 721, the E z of Lots 157 and 719 , the N 2 of Lots 76t
12 77Q, a~.d 771, the easterly 150 ft. of the southerly 23
ft. of Lot 156 and that portion of Lot 113 located be-
12 tween School Street and Broadway Street, all in said
"Town of Richvale."

Containing 5.33 acres, more or less.

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (3Q) days

after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of

fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with

the names of the members voting for and against the same in the

Oroville Mercur a newspaper published in the County

County of Butte, State of California, on the 29th day of
