The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47S of said
County, being the honing Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-1" Light Comanercial)
District, Szctian 1 is hereby amended to include the following
for~~the town of Richvale:
Lots 4~2, 463, 464, and 4&5 of "Yawn of Richvale" per
map recorded in Book 6 an Page 53 of the Butte County
Recorder .
Containing 0.38 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Oroville Mercury , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte,, State of Ca3.ifornia:
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 29th day of
October 1974, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, McKillop and Chairman Madigan
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Ladd
NOT VOTING: None
