AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 12$4 OF THE
COUNTY 0~' BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Baard of Supervisors, of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No, 38, Building & Subdivision
Inspection 440-000, of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte,
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Building Inspector
and adding thereto the following:
8 Building Inspector
thereby changing the total from 14 to 15,.
Section 2. Section No. 52, Public Health 541-000,
of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Class Title
1 Assistant Public Health Director
1 Senior Public Health Nurse
'land adding thereto the following:
1 Physician
2 Senior Public Health Nurse
Ilthereby changing the total from 47 to 48.
Section 3. Section No. 5g, CETA Title YY 600-002, of
Ordinance No. 128 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall bake effect on Fehr~zary 8~Xg7,5 which
xs beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
[County of Butte, this 30th day of December 197 by the
following vote:
