AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTTON 20-2202 OF
CHAPTER 20 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 20-22.2 of the Butte;County Code enacted
by Ordinance No, 1484 is amended to read as follows:
Sec^20.22.2. Merger of adj,acent~parcels; Qa~cel map not
reguired~ findings. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in
this chapter or any ordinance ar resolution, in the event an
adjacent parcel is acquired and in the event the adjacent parcel i
then later sold, leased, or burdened with financing, no parcel map
shall be required. Tn the event that the adjacent parcel so
acquired and later conveyed constituted an entire lot in a prior
recorded subdivision or recorded parcel map approved by the board
of supervisors, then in that event no findings pursuant to Business
and Professions Code, Section 11535(d}, need be made an the ground
that the board of supervisors has already made such findings in th
prior approval of said map ar snaps. A parcel map is waived for
any division of real property for the purpose of sale, lease or
financing that has been assigned separate parcel number by the
Butte County Assessor and listed on the Butte County Assessment
Roll prior to March 4, 1972, and is acquired as an adjacent parcel
in the manner set forth herein and no findings pursuant to
