The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said.
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended; DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-~." Light Commercial)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the fallowing
being located south of Oroville, CA more particularly described
as :
Commencing at the NE corner of Sec 33, T19N, R4E, MDB&M,
thence S 890 09',:W, 1327 ft; thence S 0° 02'. E, 399.7
ft. to an iron pin also being the true point of begin-
ning for the herein described parcel; thence S 00 02' E,
369.55 ft. thence N 890 58' E, 555 ft; thence N 00 02'
W, 338.3 ft; thence N 680 04' W, 405.8 ft; thence on a
curve to the left with a radius of 130 ft. a distance
of 254.05 ft. to the true point of beginning.
Containing 5 acres, mores or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Orovill , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the y.th day of
February , 3:975 , by the following vote:
