AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ND. 128€ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 13, County Counsel 100-000, of
Ordinance No. 128# of the County of Butte, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom .t he following:

Attorney I, II, IIT, or IV
and adding thereto the following:
4 Attorney I, II, III, or IV
thereby changing the total from 7 to 8.
This ordinance shall take effect on March 22, 1975 which
is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days, after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California.
