The Butte County Board of Supervisors, State of
California DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION to Reference is hereby made to Ordinance
1543 which interim zoned certain land within the incorporated
area of the County of Butted Through clera.cal error the
description of the property that the Board of Supervisors in-
tended to interim zone is in error, The description of the
lands that were intended to be included within Ordinance 1543
is set forth below and Ordinance 1543 is hereby amended by
deleting the description of the property affected therein and i~
to read as follows:
All of Sec 5 and Sec &, T23N, R3E, NIDB&1VI, and alb
of Sec 31 and Sec 32, T24N, R3E, NIDB&Ma
Excepting therefrom; the NE 4 o f the SE ~ arid-~th~
SE ~ of the NE ~ of Sec 6, T23N, R3E, MDBBcMo
Al_sa excepting therefrom; the N'N ~ of Sec 5, T23
N, R3E, MDB&Ma
Also excepting therefrom all that property an
both sides of -and within 350 ft, of the center-
line of Hwy. 320
Also excepting therefrom Lot 2 of "Forest Ranch
Unit Nod 1" per map recorded in Book 34 on Pages
43 and 44 of the Butte County Recorder4
SECTION 2a This is a urgency ordinance and shall
take effect immediately upon its passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen {15) days. after its passage shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
supervisors voting for and against the same in the Chico Enter-
prise--Reeard, a newspaper in general circulation in the County

of Butte, Mate of Califor niao The facts constituting the
urgency on which this ordinance is based are:
to Through clerical error the area covered by
Ordinance 1543 is not the area intended by the Board of
Supervisorso The Board of Supervisors were under the impression
when they adopted Ordinance 1543 that the description of the
lands covered is as per the description in this amending
ordinance. In that ;Ordinance 1543 is an urgency ordinance and
took effect immediately it is mandatary that this ordinance also
take effect immediately for the protection of the health and
welfare of the people of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, an the 18th day of Februa
1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Riehter, ~MeKillop and Chairman Ladd
NOES: None
