AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Sect~.on 1. Section No. 3, of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

This ordinance shall take effect on April 19, 1975 which
is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State
of California .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this ll~h day of March , 1975 by the
following vote:
