2 DO ORDAIN as follows:

3 Section ~l. Section 22.x. of the Butte Cou~y Code is hereby ame~aded
4 to read as follows:
5 Section 22.x.. Trailer poach. Any camp car, trailer or other
6 vehicle wa.~ or without motive power designed for or used for human hob-.
7 itation but excluding trailers or mobile homes ~ excess of $t in width,
