The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Mate
of Cal~.fornia, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
Cotiin-Gy, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, D0
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance 1279, (Consolidating "A-2 Ltd" Districts)
Section 1, is hereby amended to include the following:
Said areas zoned being located in the unicorporated
area of Bute County, Paradise Pines, in Paradise,
more particularly described as follows:
AP 64-66-26, AP 64-66-27, AP 64-b6-28, AP 65--21--17
and AP 65-25-01, per maps on file as of ~iiarch 1, 1974,
in the Office of the Butte County Assessor.
That tha.s Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of Calif ornia
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 18th day of
March , 1975, by the fallowing vote.
