AN ORDINANCE A11~NDING ORDINANCE NOo 1472 ZONING A
PORTIOR7 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORIITIA,
A "T~,4-20" DISTRICT.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No 0 1472 {Amend.ing "TM-~0" Timber P~ountain)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the fallowing
located near Paradise, Californian
AP 66-~01-04 per maps on file as of Nlarch ~., x.974,
e Butte Count Assessoro
in the office of th Y
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published c~ith ~
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the Counter
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 18th day of March
