The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, :Mate
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noa 475 of said

ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance Noo 1351 (Consolidating "P-Q": i'ublic-QUasi-
Public) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
follo~ring located near Paradise, California.
Lot 6 of :skyway Plaza per map of record in l~~e,p Book
. 43 on pages 8, 9, 10, llo
That portion of the Bast 2 of 'Sec 25, T23N, R3E,
I4~B8c~'!, located Y'Jest of Old Skyway.
That this Ordinance shall .take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the Cown.t~
of Butte, State of Californian
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 18th day of
