The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as fo~:lows:
Ordinance No 0 1508 ( Amending "TM-10" Ta.mber It~ountain }
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located near Paradise, Californian
The• SE 4 of the SLfI ~ of Sec 23, ~23N, R3E, 14'IDBYxI~~9
All of Sec 25, T23N, R3E, ~dLD~3&I~ located east of !'Para-
dise Pines, Unit #4, Paradise Pines Country Club
Estates Unit ~1" and west of the following described
line:
Beginning at the N ~ corner of said Sec 25, thence
south along the north--south centerline of said Sec
25, a distance of 728..3 ft.; thence S 22°58°30" ~~,

Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of Californian
