The Board of Supex visors of the County of Butte, Mate
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No 0 1497 (Amending "TN-~40" Timber I1R0Untain}
District, section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located near Paradise, Californian
The 'SE ~ of the SW ~ of fee 35, T23N, R3E, NIDB&Ma
The N 2 of the ~ 2 of sec 35, T23N, R3E, ~dIDBBcMo
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of ~:ts adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the me?nbers voting for and against the same in the
Paxadise Post , a newspaper published in the Coun
of Butte, Mate of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of supervisors of the
County of Butte, Mate of California, on the xgth day of
March , 1975, by the following vote:
