The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo X75 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No . 1507 ( Amending "Tl~~--5" Timber D~ountain)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the fallowing
located near Paradise, California.
All that part off' the SE ~ of Sec l4, T23N, R3E, P~B~I.'~
located east of Skyway, except the Southerly 366 fee's
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) daye
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the .members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the Count
of Butte, State of Californian
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 18th day of
March , 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mada.gan, k~ichter, Cameron, McKillop and Chairman. Ladd
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
NOT VOTING: None
