S of said county being the zoning Enabling Ordinance of said 4 County, as amended PL? ORDAIN as follows: 5 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area, situated 8 in the County ©f Butte ~ StatE of Californ~.a, shall be and it i~ 7 hereby zoned as an "C-C" {Community Commercial} District, and ~ such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted 9 used and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. 10 Said area so zoned bein~:.loc.ated in the unieorpvrated area of ~-I Butte County, near Paradiae~ California, more particularly' 12 described as: 13 pARCEL 1 14 All of "Paradise Pines Commerc~.al Park" per map of record in Map Book 38 on Pages 15 & 16. 15 pARCEL 2 16 All of `"Skyway Plaza" per map of record in Map Book 43 on Page O8. In compliance with the provisions of the zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in fu7.l. , SECTION 5. The penalties far the violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided i the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with the .p~~vision of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this ordinance shall be from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zaning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION' 6. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty (3Q} days after the ante of its passage, and before the expiry-- tian of fifteen (1~} days after its passage, this ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the. Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the County of Butte, Mate of California.
