AS AN "R-2'! ~DUi'LEX` RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICTS PURSUI~NT TO
bRDINANCE N0. 475, AS AMENDED
1 The Board a.f Supervisors of the County of B,txtte, State
2 of California, under anck pursuant tv Ordinance Nv. 475: of said
3 County being the zoning Enabling (}rdinan.ce of -said County„ as
4 amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
5 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described axes, situated i

15 SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "Rd2" DISTRICT:

thousand one hundred twenty-five (8,125} sq ft, except that
where sewers are provided a minimum of six thousand five hundred
(6,500} sq ft may be allowed. On corner-lots, the-minimum..area
with sewer shall be seven thousand five hundred (7,500) sq ft.
2,3 ZOT WIDTH REQUIRED:
a. Minimum lot w~.dth shall be sixty-five (b5) ft.
b. Minimum lat width shall be seventy°-five (75) ft
where septic tanks and wells are located on the
same parcel.
2.~ FRONT YARD REQUIREDa

centerline of the road; except

setback requirement shall be fifty-five (55} ft
from the centerline.

specifically authorised and permitted ~.n Sec 2 are prohibited.
SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions oi' the
coning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding
this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the ion
ing hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in
the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with the provision
of the Zaning Enabling Ordinance, this ordinance shah. be from
and after its eff+~~:-yve date become a supplement to and part
of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30} days after the date of its passage! and before the expira°
tion of fifteen (15} days after its passage, this ordinance.
