The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47~, of said
County~~~being the zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County, as
amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. PURPOSE
For the general purpose of promoting the public health,
safety and welfare and for the more particular purpose of pres-
erving natural resources described in the Conservation Element
of the Butte County General Plan and open space lands designates
in the Open Space Element.
SECTION 2. The hereinafter described area, situated
in the County of Butte, State of California,~shall be and it is
hereby zoned an "R-C' (Resource~Conservation} District, and suck
area shall be ~ub~ect to the restrictis>ns and restricted uses
and regulations hereinafter specified and pravidedo Said area
so zoned being located :~~ the unicorporated area of Butte Count
near Paradise, California, more particularly described as:
Lots A, B, C;, D, E, F, G, & H of "Paradise Pines
Country C1ub.Estates,-Unit #1" per map~of record in

in this ordinance are prohibited.
SECTION ~, PROCEDURE
In; compliance with the provisions of the Zoning ~,
Enabling Ordinance the same is hereby amended by adding this
ordinance in full.
SECTION 5o PENAZTTES
The penalties far the violation of the zoning regula-~
bons hereby impose. within the "R C" (RESOURCE-CONSERVATION)
District shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after thirty (,30) days after the date of its passage, Befor
the expiration of fifteen (15) days after the date of its pass-
age, this ordinance shall be published once with the names of
the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
it in the ~'aradise Post , a newspaper of general
circulation published in the County of Butte, State of Calif-
