PURPOSE For the general purpose of promoting the public health, safety and welfare and for the more particular purpose of pres- erving natural resources described in the Conservation Element of the Butte County General Plan and open space lands designates in the Open Space Element. SECTION 2. SECTION ~, PROCEDURE In; compliance with the provisions of the Zoning ~, Enabling Ordinance the same is hereby amended by adding this ordinance in full. SECTION 5o PENAZTTES The penalties far the violation of the zoning regula-~ bons hereby impose. within the "R C" (RESOURCE-CONSERVATION) District shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.
