The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State'
of California, under and pursuant to.Ordinance Noes 475,.of said

County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, D4
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance Nod 1507 {Amending "TM-5" Timber--Mountain}
District Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located in Paradise, Californian
The S 2 of the NW ~ of Sec. 1, T23N, R3E, MDB&M,
containing 80 acres, more or less, Paradise.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30 ) days

after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of they.members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the
County of ButteQ estate of California.

County of Butte, State of California, on the sth day of
