AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 928 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AN "R--4" (MAXIMITM DENSITY DWELI,Ii~GS RESTRICTED SERVICE
DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of-the County of Butte, State
of Calif ornia, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475, of said
Ccunty, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 928 {Amending "R~4" Maximum-Density
Dwellings Restricted Service} Distract Section 1 is hereby
amended to include the following, located in Paradise,- Californi
All of Lot 4 of parcel map recorded in the~Office
of the Butte County Recorder an Book 36 on Page 61
of Mapsa
That than Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} day:
after the date of ats adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, a:t~`.shall be published with
