ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-4 OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY CODE
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 .California DO ORDAIN as follows:
3 Section 1. Section 26-4 is hereby amended to read as follows
4 Section 26-4. Fire Zones
5 The entire unincorporated area of the County is hereby
8 declared to be and is hereby established as a fire district and
7 such fire district sha11 be known as and designated as fire zone
8 3, for the application of the regulations included in the Uniform
9 Building Code and appendices, as published and prepared by the
10 international Conference of Building Officials.
Y1 Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect 30 days
12 after the date of the adoption, and before the expiration of 15
13 days after its passage, it shall be once published with the names
I4 of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and' against
15 the same, in a newspaper of general circulation published in the
18 County of Butte, State of California.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors this 29th
18 day of April, 1975, by the following vote:
19 AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Richter, Madigan, McKil~op and Chairman Ladd
20 NOES : None
ABSENT : None
21 NOT VOTING : None
