The Boaxd of Supervisors of the ,County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475 of said,
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance Noo 1352 (Amending "A-160" Argicultural)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located northwest of Chico, Californian
All of Sections 5, 6, 7, 18, 31 T23N, R1W, MDBBcM;;
that portion of Sections 3 & 4 T23N, R1W, MDB&M
located west of Hwy 99; the W s of Sec 8 T23N, . Rll'V,
MDB&M; that portion of the S ~ of Sec 28 T23N, R1W,
MDB&M located W of the Southern Pacific Railroad;
the N 2 of Sec 28 T23N, RIW, MDB&M; that portion of
;Sec 29 T23N, R1W, MDB&M located east of fine Creek;
that portion of Sec 32 T23N, R1W, II'IDB&M located west
of Pine Creek; t~iat portion of Sections 1, 2, 3, 11,
12, 13, 14, 23, 26, 35, ~ 36 ,T23N, R2W, MDB&M located
east of the Butte County Boundary; excepting that
portion heated within 100 ft. of the Butte County
Boundary; that portion of Section 24 T23N, R2W, MDB&M
located west of Lots 4 and 5 of "Howard Sub" per map
rec~rrded in Boak 9, Page 42 of the Butte County

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of

Chico Enterprise-Record ~ a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of Californian
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, ,torte of California, on the 29th day of
