AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ND. 1498 ZONING A
PORTTDN OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFOi~2NTA,
AN "A-10" (AGRICULTURAL} DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as
follows
Ordinance No. 1498 (Amending "A-10" Agricultural) District
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following located
northwest of Chico, California.
That portion of Sec 8, 19, 30 & 31, T22N, R1E, MDB&M,
located north of Big Chico Creek and west of the f o11ow-
ing described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Sec S,
T22N, RZE, MDB&M and Mud Creek; thence southwesterly
along Mud Creek to the Southern Pacific Railroad right-
of-way; thence southeasterly along the Southern Pacific
Railroad right-of-way to Muir Ave; thence south along
Muir Ave. to West Sacramento Ave; thence east along
West Sacramento Ave. to the east right-of-way line of
Grape Way, also being the west line of Lot 56 of "Bidwell
7th Sub" per map recorded in Book 5 on Page 29 of the
Butte County Recorder; thence south along the west lines
of Lots 55, 56, & 58 of said "Bidwell 7th Sub" to Big
Chico Creek and the end of said described line, ex-
cepting therefrom all of "Walnut Creek Acres Sub" ~Ser
map recorded in Book 25 on Pages 13 & 14 of the Butte
County Recorder.
And also excepting therefrom all of "Vista Del Monte
Sub" per map recorded in Book 17 on Page 6 of the Butte
County Recorder.
Containing 3 sq. miles, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty~~30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enterprise-Record , a newspaper published in the
County of Butts, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
