AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1071 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AN "A-3" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT.
Thy Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN, as follows
Ordinance No, 1.071 (Amending "A-3" Agricultural) District
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following located
northwest of Chico, California.
The Townsite of Cana; that portion of Lot 2 of "Priesing
Lands" per map recorded in Book 7 on Page 23 of the Butte
County Recorder, located west of State Highway 99.
Containing l0 acres, more or Less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published w~.th
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enter rise-Record a newspaper published in the Cvun
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 29th day of .
