SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area, situated
in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it
is hereby zoned as an "A-R" {Agricultural-Residential) ~7istric~t,
and such area shall be sub~~ct to the restrictions and rest-
ricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provide

SECTION 20 REGULATIONS FOi~ AN "A-R" DISTRICT:
The fallowing regulations shall apply in an "A--R"
District:

SECTION 3. All uses of land within the distr~-ct
not specifically authorized and permitted in Section 2 are
prohibitedo
SECTION 4o In compliance with the provisions of
the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by
adding this Ordinance in fullo .
SECTION 5o The penalties for the violation of the
zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as pro-
vided in the Zaning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with

the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this or dinance
shall be from and after its effective date became a supplement
to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinanceo
SECTION 6o This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full farce and effect From and after thirty
{30) days after the date of its passages this ordinance shall bE
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Entez~rzse--Record
a newspaper published in the Caur~ty of
Butte, State of California,
