AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. i4$5 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AN "A--20" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
4 as follows
~ Ordinance No. 1485 (Amending "A-20" Agricultural) Distri t
6 Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following, located
7 northwest of Chico, California:
8 Parcel 1 - That portion of Sec 32 & 33, T23N, R1W, MDB &M
9 located west of the Southern Pacific Railroad and east a
Pine Creek.
ID Parcel 2 - That portion of Sec S , 6 , 7, & 8 , T22N , R~.E ,
11 MDB&M, located west of 5t~te Hwy. 99 and north of M_ud
Creek, excepting th°refrozn Lots 9 , l0 , 11, 12, 15 , 16 ,
12 17, & lE, of "Holler Tract" per map recorded in Book 7
on Page 6 of the Butte County Recorder. Excepting
13 therefrom the following described parcel:
14 A portion of the S z of the SEA of Sac 5, T22N, R1E,
MDB&M, and lying northerly of Mud Creek, easterly
16 of Shasta Road (99E) and westerly of the California
State Highway Freeway right of way and being more
16 particularly described as follows:
17 Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said
S'~ of the SEa of said Sec 5 on the westerly line of
18 said Highway right of way at a point distant south-
westerly 95.0 ft. measured at right angles from
19 Engineer's Station "D2" 258±91.27 described as the
point of beginning in that certain Deed from
20 Jefferson L. Garner and Urania M. Garner, husband
and wife, to Anne Lynde and A~.bert Lynde, Jr.,
21 wife and husband as recorded October 3, 19&3, in
Volume 1273, at page 336, Official Records of Butte
22 County, California; thencs from said point of
beginning and along said Highway right of way,
23 .southeasterly on the arc of a 6095.0 foot radius
curve to.the left through an angle of 60 22' 05"
24 an arc distance of 677.42 ft. (the chord of said
arc bears S 40° 34' 32" E, 677.07 ft) to a point
2~ 95.0 ft. distant southwesterly measured at right
angles from Engineer's Station "D2" 252±24.41 of

That certain strip of land conveyed by Jesse
Lee Triplett et ux to Jay M. Garner et ux by
Deed recorded November 10 , 19 6 4 , in Baok 134 5 ,

All containing 4 sc~. miles, moxe-or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days

after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the

County of Butte, State of California.
