The Board of Sup~rva.sars of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant t~ Ordinance Nao 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance a,s amended, DO
ORDAIN as (allows:
Ordinance No a 925 (Amending "R-1" Single Family xe~sde~i~
~~ _ ~:) District, Section 1 is hereby amended ta~ include the
fallowing located northwest of Chico, Galiforina.
All of "~~alnut Creek Acres Sub" per map recorded in
Book 25 on Pages 13 and 14 of the Butte County Recorder
Containing 10 acres, more or less4
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Ch.,ico Enterprise-Recoxd .~ , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
