AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13$8 ZONING, A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALI~'ORN.~A,
A "N~-C" DISTRICT.
1 The Board of Supervisors of-the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN as follows:
5 Ordinance No. 138$ {Aar-ending "N-C" Neighborhood Com-
~ mercial) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
7 following located on the south side of Oroville-Quincy Hwy.,
8 Orovi lle.
9 A part of the Northeast ~ of Sec l6 T19N, R4E, MDB&M
10 mare particularly described as followsa
I1 Commencz.ng at a point in the Southerly Boundary Line
of Oroville-Quincy Hwy, from which the W~ corner of
12 Sec 16 T19N, R4E bears S 16051.'26" W.a: distance of
1831.97 ft. ; thence S 78°35' E along the Southerly
13 Boundary Line of sa~.d Oroville-Quincy Hwy. 125 ft,
to the true point of beginning of the herein described
14 Parcel; thtinca S 3°53' W 244.7 ft.: thence S 82015' E
175.38 ft,; thence N 7°9'45" E 277.49 ft. more or
1S less, to the Southwest Boundary Tine of Foothill Blvd,;
thence north and west along the South Boundary Line

after the date of its adoption, and beforz the expiration of
