The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance, No. 475 of said ', Cflunty being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, DO ORDAIN as fo llaws: SECTION 1. .The hereinafter dESCribed area, situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall by and it is hereby zoned as a "RT-~l" (Single Family l~.esidential Trailer} Di s- trict, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted asps and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so zoned being located ? n the unincorporated aria of Butte County, in Oroville, more particularly described as: Parcel "R" per map of record in Book 52 an Page 80 in the Office of the Butte County Recorder. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "RT-1" DISTRICT: The~fol:lowing regulations shall apply in a "RT-1" (Single Family Residential Trailer) District: 2": 1' USES PERMITTED: a . Single-FaEnily dwellings . b. Mobile hakes to house one family, cahen such mobile home is the only housing facility located on the pre~itises , provided the following conditions are conformed to: 1. Thu floor area within the mobile home shall not be less than 500 square feet. 2. All sanitary facilities shall .conform to the State Statutes and regulations and to loci 1 requirements of the Health Departments and _1_ t ~5~~ 1 3. All electrical installations shall conform to 2 estate statutes and .regulations. _. 3 c. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses. 4 d. Golf...cours~s and country... c u .s b. Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses , hospitals , parks and playgrounds , s.choa and public utility bu~.ldings . SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not speCi fically authorized and~~perzztatted in Section .2:.are ~prnhi~bited. SECTION 4 . In compliance w th tine rarovisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by addixzg this Ordinance iii full. SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoninc her6bv imposed within the district shall.be as provided in~•th¢ Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance caith the provi ~iozis of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall be from. and attar its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance . SECTION 6.
