AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1485 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AN "A-20" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
..
California, under and pnrsuan•t to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the honing Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 1485 (Amending "A-20" Agricultural} Distric
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following, located
south of Chica, north of Nelson, west of Durham, California:
Beginning at the SW corner of Sec 30., T20N, R2E, MDB&M
said corner being in Nelson West Rd; thence east along
Nelson West Rd. to the "Townsite of Nelson° per map
recorded in Map Book 1 on Page 58; thence northwesterly
and northeasterly along said "Town of Nelson" to Midway,
f,hence northwesterly along Midway to .the south boundary
of Sec 6, T20N, R2E, MDB&M; thence east .to the S~ corner
of said Sec 6; thence north to the NE corner of said !,
Sec 5; thence west along the north. line of;said Sec 6
to Taylor-Ave; thence north along Taylor_Aye. to Hanlon
Rd; thence west along Hanlon Rd. and the> westerly
prolongation of. Hanlon Rd. to the north-south center-
line of Sec 36, T21N., R1E, MDB&M: thence north along the
north--south centerline of Sec 36, T21N,.R1E, MDB&M, to
the southwest corner of "R .M. Turner 1st 'Sub" per map
recorded in Map Book 1 on Page 4C; thence-north along the
west line of said ".R .M. Turner 1st Sub"-:a distance of
1526.91 ft; thence west a distance of 266.64 ft. to
"Burdick Road";.thence north along "Burdick Road" to the
Sw corner of Lot 4, "R .M. Turner's 2nd Sub", per map
recorded in Map Book "B" on Page 10; thence continuing
north along the west line of said "R.M.'Turner's 2nd
Sub" to the "Dayton-Durham Road"; thence:~lon~~'the
"Dayton-Durham Road", easterly, northerly and north-
easterly to Midway; thence northerly alongMidway to
a point on the easterly line of Tract 3, T21N, R2E,
MDB&M, as delineated on the U.S. Government plat of
said Township, which point is in the center of Midway
and is S 280 41' E; 5957.5 ft. distant from the NE
corner of Lot 2, Sec 1, T21N; RlE, MDB&M, said point
also being the SE corner of said Tract 3,- thence
meandering southwesterly along the centerline of Little
Butte Creek to a point located ~5~200'41' E; and 1773.6
ft. distant from the east corner of 'Lot '13" of "Bruce

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty f30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen ;.{.l5} days after .its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Ente~'prise-Record , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State, o~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 17th ~ day of
June , 1975, by the following vote;
AYES: Supervisors Cameron., Richter, Madigan, McKillop and Ghairman T~add
