COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "A-2

~ The Baard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

3 of California under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475, as amended,
`~ and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
~ ~ SECTION 1. The. hereinafter described area situated iri
6 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is here
7 by zoned as an "A-2 Limited" District for a. period of 120
8 days, and such area .shall be subject to the restrictions and re-
9 stricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provideda
10 Said area so zoned being located north of Paradise,
I1 more particularly described as:
12 .v' That portion of Sec 23, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, lying north
13 of k``Paradise Pines, Unit ~~5" per map of record in
Map Book 35 on Pages 88 through 93. and within 660 ft.
l4 of the centerline of Skywayq
15 That portion of Sec 24, T23N, R3E, MDB&M lying within
660 ft4 of the centerline of Skyway excepting therefrom
1B that property lying East of Skyway and south of Cedar
Lake Drive and also exceppting therefrom the Southerly
635 fto of said Sec 24, lying west of Skyway and also
1? excepting therefrom all of "Paradise Pines Commercial
18 Park" per map of record in Map Book 38 on Pages 15 & 16.

8 quasi-public uses including schools, churches, public buildings,
9 public utility buidlings will be allowed without first securing

20 SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zones

23 of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and
24 after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the

SECTION 6. This_~ urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
_~.~
(15) days after its ~gssage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting far and against
the same in the rPaxadise Post ^_~^, a newspaper in general
circulation in the County of Butte, State of California, The
facts constituting the urgency on which this ordinance is based

1. That the area is presently under study for rezoningo!
