AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,. AN "RT~-1" (MTNIMUM~DENSTTY
RESIDENTIAL-TRAILER) DISTRICT

4 SECTION iQ The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State cif Calffornia, shall be and it is hereb
6 zoned as an "RT-X. (Minimum-Density Residential-Trailer) District
7 fora period of ~]`2b days, and such. area shall be subject to the
8 restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter

SECTION 2s The following regulations shall apply in an
"RT-1" (Minimum-Density Residential~Trailer) District:
2a1 USES PERMITTED:
a4 Single-family dwelling s
bo Mobile Homes to house one family, when such Mobile
Home is the only housing facility located an the
premises, provided the following conditions are
conformed to:
is The f~~,a~~.-area within the mobile home shall not
be less than 500 square Teets
2a All sanitary facilities shall conform to the
State Statutes and regulations and to local
requirements of the Health Department; and
3, All electrical installations shall conform to
State Statutes and regulations,
cn Accessory Buildings pertinent to the permitted uses,
ds Household pets, but not including livestock9 poultry
or poisonous reptiles

Minimum lot area of a lot per dwelling unit or a
mobile home unit shall`be no less than eight thous-
and one hundred and twenty-five (89125} square feet
excepting where public sewage disposal service is

provided, a minimum of six thousand five hundred
{6, 500} square feet. may be allowed for inside lots

SECTION 3o All uses of land within the district not
specifically aut}aorized and permitted in Sections 2 and 3 are
prohibiteda

2 Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding
3 this Ordinance In full p _.
4 SECTION 5o The penalties for the violation of the zoning
5 hereby imposed ~'ithin the district shall be as provided in the
e Zoning Enabling Ordinance, Tn compliance with the provisions of
7 the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and
8 after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the
g Zoning- Enabling Ordinanceo
lp SECTION 6, This urgency ordinance shall take effect
~,~. immediately upon its passage9 and before the expiration of fifteen
12 (15) days after its passage shall be.~.published once with the
13 names of the members of the Boarrd of Supervisors voting for and
34 against the same in the Paradise Post , a newspape~.

16 The facts constituting the urgency an which this Ordinance is
17 based are:
18 1, -That the area is presently under study for rezoningo
19 2~ To be more consistent with the present land uses
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
21 County of Butte, State of Californian on the i7th day of
22 June , 1975, by the following vote:
23 AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Richter, Madigan, McKillop and Chairman Ladd
