2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANGE"

The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
4 State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
5 Section 1. Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 1284
B of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
~ the fallowing:
8 Positions Classification Title
9 6 Public Health.Nurse ZI
~p 2 Typist Clerk I.II
~~ and adding thereto th.e following:
12 7 Public Health Nurse II
3 Typist Clerk zIz
~~ 2 Community Health Aide
14 thereby changing the total from 48 to 52.
15 This ordinance shall take effect on July 2&, 1975
~6 which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
z7 before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
18 it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
~9 of Butte, State of California.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
21 County of Butte, this 2[~th day of ,Tune 1975 by the
22 following vote:
23 AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Richter and Madigan
24 NOES : None
2$ ABSENT : Supervisor McKillop and C~.airman Ladd
26 NOT NOTING : None
